These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the smartphone application "OneBar" ("Application") provided by Kagebunshin ("Studio"). By using the Application, users agree to comply with these Terms.
この利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます）は、かげぶんしん（以下、「当スタジオ」といいます）が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション「わんバー（OneBar）」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆さまには、本規約に従って本アプリをご利用いただきます。
These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Studio regarding the use of the Application.
本規約は、ユーザーと当スタジオとの間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。
When using the Application, users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts:
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
The Studio does not warrant that the Application will be free from defects, bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities, nor does it guarantee its reliability, accuracy, or suitability for a specific purpose.
The Application allows you to access third-party websites. The Studio is not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or safety of any external websites. Furthermore, the Studio shall not be liable for any damages (including but not limited to phishing or malware infections) incurred by accessing third-party sites through the Application.
The Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application.
当スタジオは、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。
本アプリは外部のウェブサイトにアクセスする機能を提供しますが、アクセス先のコンテンツの正確性、合法性、安全性について当スタジオは一切の責任を負いません。また、本アプリを通じた外部サイトの閲覧により生じた損害（フィッシング詐欺やマルウェア感染などを含みますがこれらに限られません）についても免責されるものとします。
当スタジオは、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について一切の責任を負いません。
The Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to users. Revised Terms shall become effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
当スタジオは、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の利用規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
